and repair of audiometers and vision screening instruments.
While all
School Health products meet strict quality and safety standards,
the rigors of daily use can sometimes cause equipment to malfunction.

is there for you.

Vision
Screening Instruments
Basic repair price is $85.00 plus parts. Vision Screeners should be
checked periodically for the following:

Note:
Units manufactured prior to 1983 and Titmus TII.a Remote and
TIIS from 1985 to 1995 may not be repairable due to the unavailability
of parts. Trade-in discount available for older OV-7 units
only.

Audiometer
Repair & Calibration
Calibration is per ANSI-S36-1969 standard. A certificate to
confirm calibration accuracy is provided with each unit serviced.
Calibration
cost is $65.00* per unit. Basic repair price is $75.00 per hour plus
parts*.
A
detailed estimate of charges will be submitted for your approval
if major work is required. A 15% discount will be given on
calibrations of six or more audiometers.

are for Maico and Beltone screening units only. For repair & calibration
