Information
All purchases made at School Health Corporation are under our 100%
satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with
all or part of your order, please call us.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing
Items
If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please refuse to
accept them from the carrier or accept them and have the receipt marked
"Received in Damaged Condition". If you need to return an item
due to damage during shipment please contact our Customer Service Department
at customerservice@schoolhealth.com
or Toll-Free at 1-866-323-5465. We will
be glad to replace the item and will arrange the return shipping at no cost
to you.
Shortages, lost, or missing merchandise are our responsibility after the
following precautionary measures have been followed:

Please do
not sign the delivery ticket if all packages specified on
Bill of Lading are not received. Our carrier will not assume
responsibility if the receipt has been signed for complete
delivery.

Please
do not claim shortages until after you have reviewed the packing
slip. Some items may be back-ordered, and others may be drop
shipped from the factory and delivered separately. The packing
slip will notate this information.

Check all
packages marked miscellaneous merchandise carefully.

If summer
delivery has been made, check your warehouse carefully to
find missing packages.

Return Instructions
After all of the above procedures have been followed, please either make
a copy of your packing slip or fill out the return
authorization form and enclose it in your box with the return. Products
to be returned may be sent by any transportation company or by US Mail.
Please remember to get a tracking number or some kind of proof of delivery
for these returns. This will ensure that our company receives your merchandise.
