Introduction
The National Pediculosis Association (NPA) and School Health are proud to introduce the NPA's new bilingual LiceMeister® Head Lice & Nit Removal Kit. This kit contains everything you need to manage head lice safely, without panic, and without exposure to potentially harmful chemicals. The kit includes an English/Spanish video featuring "Boss Louse", a wily old head louse who has finally been caught! Watch as Boss Louse gives up information on where to find his fellow head lice! Kids will be fascinated with his performance! This video provides helpful information that's perfect for kids, families and professionals alike. Learn the facts about lice, dispel some of the common myths, and see how to remove lice and nits using the LiceMeister Comb. The video plays in English and repeats in Spanish (VHS format - 10 minutes per segment).

Product Use and Procedure
The National Pediculosis Association recommends the following for lice and nit removal.

1.	Work under a good light, such as a lamp or the natural sunlight from sitting by a window or going outdoors.
2.	Use a grooming comb or hairbrush to remove tangles then divide the hair in sections and fasten off the hair that is not being worked on.
3.	Using the LiceMeister® comb, go through the section from the scalp to the end of the hair. You can dip the comb into a cup of water, use a paper towel, or use the LiceMeister® comb cleaning device to remove any lice, nits or debris from the comb between passes.
4.	Even under the best of conditions, a few lice or nits may be missed. Use the LiceMeister® comb to screen the infested person every day and regularly thereafter.
