The Therma-Kool® HOT/COLD Compress is a unique gel, in a soft, but sturdy
plastic envelope, designed for use as hot or cold compress. The pack remains
flexible when used cold.

The Therma-Kool® comes in various sizes to target specific parts of
the body.
Cold Therapy (aka Cryotherapy)

Place flat in freezer
until desired temperature is reached.

Keep several handy
in freezer for immediate use.
|

Fast First Aid treatment
of sprains, bumps, bruises, contusions, headache, minor bleeding and
burns.

Hot Therapy
|
Non-Microwaveable:
TK Compress
- Immerse in very
hot water for 5 minutes.
- Handle with
care when removing compress from heat source.
- For temporary
relief of muscle stiffness, aches, pain, and menstrual cramps.

Microwaveable:
MTK Compresses 37-145, 37-146
- Based on compress
at room temperature prior to heating in microwave.
- Place compress
in Freedom Wrap™ or directly in microwave and heat for 25
seconds (time based on 600 watt microwave).
- If additional
heating is desired, replace compress in and heat at 20 second
intervals.
- Remove compress
from microwave and knead for one minute to distribute heat evenly
(temperature will continue to rise slightly).
- For more uniform
heating, compress may be placed in a microwaveable container and
covered completely in water before placing in microwave.
- Handle with
care when removing compress from heat source.

For Hot or Cold use, put
compress into terrycloth wrap #37-018
or cloth before applying to skin.
